Mahan Alborz Company has launched the Construction of 272 Residential Units in Phase 7, Zone 40 of New Parand City as part of its ongoing development activities within the region. This project, awarded by the Parand New Town Development Company, includes 19 residential blocks, each built across five floors and dedicated entirely to housing.

The development has been designed with a well‑organized urban layout, ensuring proper access, circulation and optimized use of land within the growing residential districts of Parand. Construction officially began in 2025 (1404), and upon completion, the project will provide a significant portion of the required residential capacity for Phase 7 and contribute to the urban expansion of the region.

Through applying modern construction standards and efficient engineering methods, this project aims to build durable, safe and high‑quality residential units that will meet the housing needs of the community.
